Simon Maker Studio is a private art and maker space connected to the home of Peter and Abby Simon in Viroqua, Wisconsin. It’s where creativity and community meet under one cozy roof.

Peter and Abby are lifelong makers who follow their curiosity wherever it leads, from copper jewelry and printmaking to laser-cut designs and playful art projects. The studio is filled with tools, color, and the kind of joyful mess that comes from making things by hand.

When possible, the doors open for classes, workshops, and community gatherings. Things come together in their own time here. There’s no right or wrong way to create, only a shared love of learning, experimenting, and connecting.

Life in the Driftless region deeply shapes their work. Surrounded by rolling hills and a community of artists, Peter and Abby see the studio as more than a workspace. It’s a “third space” — a welcoming place between home and work where people can gather, slow down, and make something together.
