Private Studio,
Community Heart
Simon Maker Studio is our personal creative space, filled with tools, art supplies, and half-finished ideas. When the moment feels right, we open our doors to the community for workshops, open studio nights, or simply to hang out and make things together. It’s not a public shop. It’s something rarer: a private studio that welcomes you in like an old friend.

Handcrafted Jewelry by Abby Simon
At Simon Maker Studio, Abby’s handmade copper jewelry started simply as a way to slow down and reconnect with making things. With her background in art education, she’s always felt that art is something you should actually live with and wear, not just hang on a wall. Every piece starts as a flat sheet of metal that she hammers and shapes by hand, letting the copper’s warm, unpredictable nature guide the design. Because of that, no two pieces are exactly alike. They are made slowly and intentionally, carrying the marks of the tools to offer a little bit of meaningful, everyday artistry in a world that usually moves way too fast.
Good Things
Simon Maker Studio champions creativity, connection, and curiosity in Viroqua, WI. Part makerspace, part casual hangout, and a museum of sorts for our private collection of art and esoteric novelties, it’s a dedicated space to try new things, bring people together, and spread a sense of genuine whimsy and joy.
